How our shop system works :

Please take about two minutes to understand how our shop ordering system works.

We are a completely online shopfront. While we have physical representatives across the world who support our customers, we handle all our transactions over the internet. Please note that due to the varying nature and complexity of some of the products available from our store:

• some will require pre-fabrication or other special arrangements (requiring a longer lead time for delivery),
• while others will be acquired directly and immediately from our suppliers (delivered within 3-4 working days)

So…… what is the process ?

1) Browse our online shop, and add your chosen items into your “shopping cart”.
2) When completed, your request order is submitted to the RAV4OZ team for processing.
3) For reference, you will be provided with a Order Number, which is unique to your specific order.
4) The RAV4OZ team will reply back to you within 48 hours, with an Order Confirmation ID, and a link to the final part of the purchase process.
5) You will be provided with the final status and invoice amount for your order, inclusive of shipping and applicable discounts. At the same time, we will notify you of any products currently unavailable or require special arrangements, and adjusted in your final order.
6) To complete the transaction, you are given a choice of three payment options (paymate, paypal, and direct debit).
7) Finally, your purchased goods will be sent to your delivery address!

What measures have you taken to ensure Internet Security ?

At RAV4OZ.com security measures to protect your private information are taken with the utmost priority. While it is not possible to entirely guarantee that all transactions between your web browser and our secure server are not viewable by a third party, we have taken numerous measures in minimising the risks involved for your added peace of mind.

After much research we decided on letting an “Internet Secure Gateway” handle sensitive information such as credit card details. The secure gateway handling all credit card transactions on our website is a company called Paymate. Our decision to use Paymate was primarily because they conduct all of their secure transactions using encryption certificates from Verisign one of the leading "SSL" providers in the world.
