Shop Terms and Conditions :
How
our shop system works :
Please
take about two minutes to understand how
our shop ordering system works.
We are a completely online shopfront. While
we have physical representatives across
the world who support our customers, we
handle all our transactions over the internet.
Please note that due to the varying nature
and complexity of some of the products available
from our store:
• some will require pre-fabrication
or other special arrangements (requiring
a longer lead time for delivery),
• while others will be acquired directly
and immediately from our suppliers (delivered
within 3-4 working days)
So……
what is the process ?
1)
Browse our online shop, and add your chosen
items into your “shopping cart”.
2)
When completed, your request order is submitted
to the RAV4OZ team for processing.
3)
For reference, you will be provided with
a Order Number,
which is unique to your specific order.
4)
The RAV4OZ team will reply back to you within
48 hours, with an Order
Confirmation ID, and a link to the
final part of the purchase process.
5)
You will be provided with the final status
and invoice amount for your order, inclusive
of shipping and applicable discounts. At
the same time, we will notify you of any
products currently unavailable or require
special arrangements, and adjusted in your
final order.
6)
To complete the transaction, you are given
a choice of three payment options (paymate,
paypal, and direct debit).
